This Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 32 is in her same ownership from new. She`s a modern family cruiser with a spacious, light and airy interior. A change of circumstances means she`s now ready for a new owner and she is very realistically priced for a quick sale!
On stepping aboard this Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 32 from the sugarscoop transom there is easy access forward into the spacious cockpit through the transom gate. Tiller steering gives a responsive feel to the helm and offers much more space in the cockpit than the wheel steered version of this boat. She has a sprightly sailing performance with a roller furling genoa and in-mast furling mainsail with lines led aft allowing easy shorthanded sailing. She is very easily manoeuvred under power.
Below decks numerous opening hatches and port-lights allow natural light and ventilation. The good sized galley is located to starboard and is a practical shaped design for use at sea. Immediately forward of this is a small aft facing chart table / navigation area with a settee forward of this and another settee across the saloon table opposite to port. Aft of the port settee is the spacious heads compartment. Aft again to port is access to the excellent owners double cabin that can be used lengthways or athwartships and is of a size you only expect to find on a much larger yacht. There is also good locker stowage here. The forepeak area houses a double ‘V’ berth for guests. The nice wood interior is complemented by the quality upholstery throughout. The Volvo engine is located beneath the companionway steps and has only around 1500 hours run.
This is an attractive yacht with nice lines combining a good sailing performance with spacious and practical accommodation for her overall length giving low running and storage costs. She does need a little cosmetic work and perhaps some upgrading now but is very keenly priced indeed to reflect that!
